Licensed Producer Territory Representative – Career Transition Opportunity
This position is intended specifically for current or former Licensed Producer (LP) Territory Representatives with an established network of independent cannabis retailers.
If you do not have existing relationships with cannabis retailers, dispensary owners, managers, or buyers, please do not apply.
We are looking for experienced cannabis professionals who already know the industry, understand retail, and have built trusted relationships throughout their territory.
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate has:
- Experience as a Territory Representative or Business Development Representative with a Licensed Producer
- An existing network of independent cannabis retailers or businesses
- Strong relationships with store owners, managers and buyers
- A proven history of B2B sales success
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills\
- A desire to build something, not simply work somewhere

Compensation
We believe great sales professionals should be rewarded for performance.
Our preferred compensation structure is a ‘modest base with aggressive commissions’, allowing exceptional performers to significantly out-earn traditional sales roles.
If you prefer a larger guaranteed salary with reduced commissions, we’re open to discussing that structure. Candidates selecting this option will be expected to demonstrate measurable sales performance within their first 30 days.
Positions may be offered on a “part-time, full-time, or independent contractor basis”, depending on experience, performance, and mutual fit.
Career Growth
This is not simply another sales position.
Successful candidates will join as “Business Development Representatives” and receive direct coaching, mentorship, and advanced sales training.
